SMS/text terms of use for two-step authentication
When you set up your two-step authentication to access your secure account on Capital Blue Cross’ website, you will begin to receive SMS/text messages related to your secure account access.
Message frequency is based on how frequently you access your secure account. One message per user request. Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless provider. Text HELP to 86402 for help. Text STOP to 86402 to cancel. If you text STOP to cancel, you will be unsubscribed from receiving SMS messages related to your two-step authentication. You should set up the two-step authentication to receive your verification code by email or by voice call to ensure you can access your secure account. You may opt back into texts by texting START to 86402.
Capital can deliver messages to major mobile carriers and many minor mobile carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, mobile carrier message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Capital and from you to Capital. If you have any questions about your text message plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile carrier.
