Omada is a personalized program that gives you the tools and support you need to help you lose weight, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, reduce your risk of getting diabetes, and improve your overall health – all through an easy-to-use website or app.

Eligible members with Type 2 diabetes can participate in either Omada Diabetes Management or Virta Diabetes Reversal. You can switch from one program to the other, but you cannot participate in both at the same time. A two-week gap period between programs is required when switching from one to the other.
