With MyCare Rewards, it pays to make smart healthcare choices.
It’s easy to do—if you are a Capital Blue Cross member with MyCare Rewards1, simply log into your MyCare Finder. From there, you can use the "Estimate your costs" tile to search for rewardable services or can scroll down the page to the MyCare Rewards tile to find the status of your rewards and a link to all rewardable services.
Each time you need a service, first select the opt-in option for the family member who needs care. Once you’ve opted in to a specific service, choose a provider with a green trophy icon and see that provider for your or a dependent’s medical care. Once we process the insurance claim, you get a notification that your reward is ready. Rewards range from $25-$100 depending on the service.
