The Vision Essential Plan provides comprehensive coverage for your vision needs. Our vision insurance plan includes coverage for annual eye exams, contact lenses, LASIK discounts, and more.

We prioritize preventive care, including routine eye exams, to ensure long-term vision health for our members. Our plans help you save on vision services like:

- Single, bifocal, trifocal, or contact lenses.
- Choice of eyeglass frames.
- Contact lens mail order option at in-network prices.
- Discounts on LASIK, a second pair of prescription glasses, lens options, and additional purchases during the plan period.
Added discounts
- With Value Added Plus, you may qualify for discounts on additional purchases from in-network providers during the benefit period after the primary benefits have been exhausted.
- Enjoy convenient mail order and delivery of contacts with Contact Fill’s discount program. Order online or call 866.234.1393.
- Receive a 15% discount on LASIK standard prices, or a 5% discount on promotional prices, when an in-network provider performs the services.

Eligibility
You and your dependents (spouse/domestic partner and unmarried children up to age 26) are eligible to enroll.

Effective date
When we receive your application and payment, your coverage will be effective the first day of the following month.
