Welcome to the definitions and measures documentation.
The Care Engager® (CE) module definitions and measures documentation provides detailed measures, description for each measure, and the 'occurrence' or where each measure is found within the CE module. Quicksearch feature enables you to search an individual measure or term resulting in one or more items where the terminology is found. For a more precise search, place 'quotation marks' around the individual term you would like to find and an exact match will display as a result.
Additionally, the definitions and measures documentation will help you to understand not only the terminology but also how to interpret and use the information that is presented within the module.
