All Platinum, Gold and Silver PPO plans include a choice of two prescription drug plans. Rx 0 does not require any deductible on prescription drugs -- only fixed copays. Rx 250 applies a $250 annual deductible to brand-name prescription drugs only. All drugs (brand and generic) are subject to fixed copays.
The Bronze PPO includes a prescription drug plan with an integrated medical/Rx deductible.
